Cancellation Policy
To help reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows, a 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. (Unless approved by management).
Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will also result in the loss of your deposit.
